East Anglia Race Nights will help your club, organisation, school or company raise money for a charity of your choice and you have a good evening's entertainment by providing everything you need to run a successful night at the races.
So, what is a race night?
A race night is a fun–packed lottery, which aims – through use of fun betting and horse sales – to raise funds for your club or organisation. All the action takes place on a giant screen(s) that are suitable in size for any venue. The races are top quality and have been recorded at some of the best loved race courses in the UK.
All our race nights are fully computerised using digital quality films on the screen(s) with high quality digital sound. Each race is picked at random by a member of the audience before they are run.
Once the betting has finished and the tote has been closed, our computerised system will calculate the payouts for each horse (after taking a customisable percentage of the takings away for your charity) Then your East Anglia Race Nights host for the evening will read out the payouts (if you win!) Now that the excitment has started to build, the lights go down and the race starts to play out on the big screen. Once the winner has crossed the line any winning ticket holders will be invited to collect their winnings and when the payout is complete the Tote will be opened for the next race.
There are many ways to raise funds for your charity on a race night incliuding admission tickets, horse sponsorship, a bar, a auction race and many more. East Anglia Race Nights can help you make a racenight a night to remember.
